2. Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer.
3. No commitment with other scholarship program like DOST.
4. Must be physically and mentally capable to be a seafarer.
5. Certified Male.

First of all, I thank all of you for your cooperation for the safe voyages of our managed vessels in 2012; we didn’t have any major accidents last year and this was due to your excellence performance for the safety of our vessels.

Let’s recall the past events in 2012. To our regret, one year has passed without seeing any specific improvement except for the influence of natural disasters. As the Japanese political vacuum is becoming more serious, relationships with the countries around Japan is also a big cause of anxiety. Talking about the shipping market, the good news is that profit/loss has improved and major shipping companies are again in the black or the 1st half of 2012 due to freight restoration and rationalization efforts of container business. Although PCC business is steadily recovering, Dry Bulker and Tanker market on the contrary is deteriorating, and now in a critical situation.

Qualifications

1. Must be 18 years old and below on June 2014.
2. Must be at least High School graduating student on the time of examination.
4. Must be physically and mentally capable to be a seafarer.
5. Certified Male.
