VERITAS MANILA ALLOTTEES cooked up a storm, a storm of yummy and nutritious food in the first of its Livelihood Seminars Series - a cooking demonstration and hands-on class on July 1, 2011. The special class aimed to impart to the attending Allottees the know-how in cooking special dishes for possible entrepreneurial activities. In this session, they learned to make colorfully decorated meatloaf (hardinera), tempura, dila-dila (glutinous rice tongues in coconut syrup).

Allottee cooking classes in Manila are held at TNKC House kitchen which is equipped with top-of-line kitchen facilities and cookware.

Crochet Lessons was the featured in the second installment of the Veritas Allottees Circle Manila Allottees livelihood trainings. Held on July 8, 2011, the Allottees learned to make doilies, placemats, glass coasters and holders, and cellphone cases.

As Part 3 of the Livelihood Seminar Series, Veritas Allottees Circle of Manila held a Baking Class last July 15, 2011 at the TNKC House.

Buttercream icing
